Malls in OttawaCarlingwood Shopping CentreCarlingwood Shopping Centre is my favorite Mall in Ottawa. They have a wonderful Customer Service staff. They are always friendly and ready to help. You can borrow (free of charge) a stroller, a baby set stroller, a car set stroller, or a double stroller. They also loan out wheelchairs and walkers. The first time you borrow an item, you need a piece of ID, like a Drivers License or a Pass Port (Health Cards are NOT excepted). You fill out a form and then you are all set to go. Any other time you come back, all you need to do is give your phone number you will already be in there system. You can leave your coat and bags at there free coat check. There customer service desk is located at entrees #4, across from the Royal Bank. Baby Change & Nursery Room with microwave, and very comfy chairs.
